Our default standard in text rendition is the Chicago Manual of Style. We do our best to follow the latest edition. Of course, the author's word is law, so in the end we follow whatever style guide you provide us.

We provide general or specific notes to explain our editing choices when we think the issue is important enough. This will help you as an author, as you will be able to see the edited section from a different angle and enrich your writing experience.
Note: My expertise is focused on the precision of line editing, copy editing, and proofreading. While I do not provide developmental manuscript evaluations, my editorial notes often include insights on plot and character consistency to help you refine your craft as you polish your prose.
